Pros
- Nothing, therefore ill take this space to do negatives: - Hired 300 people for opening : very small mall, 2 levels - Opening: labour that was unjust and unwarranted : assembly lines for 3 hours : passing down 30 pound boxes - Managers were beyond rude and informal : it was simply a "i'm paying you so shut up and do it" - One employee actually cried due to the pressure and work - Hired minors - Very unorganized (Continued on cons..)

- Unorganized, how? it tooyk us an hour to clock-in, systems never worked : fingerprint = useless - Sales Associates put in hours of hard labour ; what did managers do? Watch and talk? = no help whats so ever - After store opening: - There was more people working in the store than actual customers - Still took an 1-11/2 to clock-in and get our meeting for the day - Managers finally figured out that 300 people WAS TO MUCH! - therefore they started cutting down - I had one shift = 5hrs - 3 people working; store was busy and we couldnt handle the crowd ; naturally i complained about the understaffing; where the manager said: "welcome to the real world", REALLY? - No compassion - Gradually I got no shifts and I quit over the phone
