What a joke! - Assistant Store Manager Forever 21 Employee Review

Closed every night.. Store Manager never scheuded me to open. Stayed until 1AM or later every night. Store Manager did not care about employee's well being. Store Manager's are not hands on. She stayed in her office all day.. was not well rounded. Too all over the place. Never enough employees scheduled.. 70% of Assistant Managers Walked off the job after 3-4 weeks. Upper Management does not like giving vacation days to F/T employees who have earned vacations days. If you give your 2 weeks... Store Managers generally tell you to leave. Store Manager has to be present for employee purchases... even if there are over 100 employees in the store. District Managers are generally one sided. They like to bark orders. Store Managers do not pull associates or managers aside in private to speak (bark) with them. They just do it in front of the employees and customers.
