Not a good company to work for in a long term - Production Manager Forever 21 Employee Review

1) The company has high employee turnover rate( about 27%), which means 2 to 3 employees out of 10 leave the company every month. It hurts employees remained in the department because they have to pick the job that the previous employees left at and when the new people come, they are the one has to train these newbie on top of their own overflowing work. Eventually this bad cycle makes a good employees turn their back as well. 2) The company does't allow employees to take their legitimate vacation. They expect all employees to work 1 to 2 hours of over time ( for salary employees and there is no over time pay) and take no more than 3 days vacation. Some people get fired due to taking a week vacation against management disapproval. You can't have work and personal life balance at F 21. 3) You will never be able to finish work for the day. The system is very inefficient therefore there are so much unnecessary work need to be conducted in everyday task. The staffs are always short in most of department because the executive managers don't invest in hiring people until there is absolutely fallouts.
