HORRIBLE - Sales Associate Forever 21 Employee Review

It is a fun place to work. the discount is 10% which is horrible, and as much as target pays. the hours are so up and down. i worked 32 last week and am scheduled for 20 this week. its crazy. i have the experience to be an assistant manager and have been one in the past and the store manager and DM have not offered me that position but will offer it to someone who has been there 6 months and is 19 years old with no college exp. I am 23, and have been to college. on closing shifts, the mall closes at 9pm and i dont leave till 11. yes, 11!!! because they are crazy and feel the store needs to be perfect!!! insane. and people are so lazy
