Pros
Great work/life balance. Since most employees are hourly they enforce time management. As a manager you are expected to be the last one to leave and may need to come in on weekends. But overall I was able to leave on a reasonable time. (At most 10hr, usually 8.5) Before the kitchen was completed, we were provided food tokens worth under $4 to use on selected food trucks. Scheduled breaks were given. Once before lunch and another after lunch. It feels like a mini recess, but everyone was on their cellphone pacing around the parking lot. If you work there, familiar yourself with the Admins. They constantly have parties and treats for those who are leaving or for holiday celebrations.
Cons
Company morale seems very low. If you stay long enough, you can move up in the corporate ladder; but this could mean that your boss may not know enough to manage a team. Compensation is very low, even for the industry. I negotiated my salary multiple times. This company has a very high turnover rate, so you will have to retrain new employees constantly.
