Pros
You gain a lot of experience here, and there are many different areas in which you can work within a store, including the fitting room, stock, on the sales floor, a cashier, a manager, or a visual merchanidser. Cons

If you call out, the managers may punish you by slashing your hours. The managers are often unprofessional, disorganized, and incompetent. They are hypocritical and set rules for everyone which they themselves do not follow (For example, no employee holds, but the managers continue to hold things for themselves). They often gossip about other employees as if they are in high school! Plus you should check the company's history, their reputation for stealing other people's designs and refusing to provide factory workers with minimum wage...
