Pros
Creative flexibility with visual merchandising. You're allowed to do it your own way as long as you follow the basics. You're only given a theme and a mood board and some suggested colour palettes but you adjust to your store's given merchandise. My store has a great team. I get steady hours 7am-4pm monday - friday.
