      get first dibs on clothes

      Floorsets are 14 hour days but they make you clock out at midnight and clock back in at 12:01 in order for them to avoid paying you the time and a half. ... the 10% off was a joke, they wouldn't even discount the Sale items....Understaffed all the time.

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
