      You can learn a lot from all the chaos and it can build you as a manager. There's a ton of opportunity for growth.

      Cons

      The chaos may break you. Long hours. Unpredictable. High turnover with both management and employees. High expectations from upper management.

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
