      -highly creative -you are praised if you are favored only

      -terrible upper management -terrible HR department -management gossips and starts drama -upper management does not care about you if you get on their bad side no matter how long you have been with the company or how well you work

      Pay was decent, managers were nice, & was scheduled to work every day

      Cons

      One of the cons was that if you had closing shift during peak season, you weren't allowed to go home until everything was organized (around 1 am)
