      Healthy discounts on products Fun environment with co workers Challenging environment of learning and adaptaiton

      Cons

      Pay is normally equal at most stores regardless of experience (someone w 6 yrs gets payed same as someone w/ 0 yrs. Corporate run stores are much less personalized compared to the franchise stores, which can suck the individuality and fun out a little.
