Fleet feet is a great place to work. Positive staff and great management. Owners are local to the PNW and prioritizing visiting each Fleet Feet store and knowing each employee individually. Manager is positive and caring.
Cons
There is significant training and knowledge to learn, especially if you are new to the running specialty world although having the training does prepare you greatly for knowing clearly the expectations of the job role.
