      A very low key work environment and flexible on scheduling.

      Cons

      Pay was minimal, and no commission made incentive for some employees very low to actually generate revenue once on the clock, leaving all of the work to a few retail associates.

      Work life balance can be poor along with no consistent schedule. Minimal holidays off. Technology and company policies can be limiting. Need to be willing to relocate to advance within the company.
