      Pros

      The people, the community. Fleet Feet gives back to the community and really cares about its impact. You get cool perks like free gear, get to wear running clothes to work.

      Cons

      You work weekends, but you still get time off. Not your regular 9-5 either, so you don't feel like you're punching the clock every day.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
