      Locally owned franchise that is flexible with hours and allows for time in between customers to do work or learn. The customers are the best to work with because runners are the best types of people!

      Cons

      Not efficient at ordering shoes or inventory, can get frustrating at times.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
