      Great Culture/gear deals and excellent training opportunity to learn the run specialty business. Great part-time schedule for a graduate person.

      Cons

      Weekend hours and some weekday evenings can cut into ones running group time. Sometimes the store is very busy and it can be a bit stressful.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
