      The work is very rewarding as a Fit Specialist. It's not a typical retail job. It's about customer experience and helping others. If you are a runner, great opportunities to try shoes and gear. Good ongoing opportunities to grow and learn about run specialty. Love the customer interaction. Rewarding.

      Run specialty and brick and mortar stores are fighting to compete with online retailing.

      Good discount, energetic and kind staff

      Cons

      Training needs to be streamlined; digital operations is fragmented for such a future/tech-forward company. management/full time workers seem stressed. No office space for any kind of deep work for marketing, operations, and management roles. Im sure I would cherish my work from home days if I were in a higher up role
