      Minimum wage pay is not enough for HCOL areas Employees should be able to use their discount on the website not just in stores (not a wide variety of products or sizes in stores)

      Work life balance can be poor along with no consistent schedule. Minimal holidays off. Technology and company policies can be limiting. Need to be willing to relocate to advance within the company.
