      You get to work with runners and be in the health industry. Get to see some pretty cool races.

      Cons

      Very clique-y with runners and owners do not take control. No room for advancement.

      Work life balance can be poor along with no consistent schedule. Minimal holidays off. Technology and company policies can be limiting. Need to be willing to relocate to advance within the company.
