Pros
Good group of people working with common intent. Strong focus on client needs. Has a good pulse of the market.
Cons
A strong tendency to micromanage the employees. Invested in productivity improvement software (!) which sends wrong signals to the employees and adds unnecessary stress on them. A major impediment to the success is due to the fact that services are hosted on-prem and the infrastructure is far from top-notch.
