Where do i start: >Have put in rules just to hamstring and make employees feel like caged animals like 8 hours manadatory time on sapience daily, 8 hours in office presence, treating us like school going children >Management in India is powerless in front of the on shore team >No appreciation for your work or going beyond your duties > Appraisals are laughably terrible > Pay is less > Not a lot of learning as you'll end up working on extremely limited tech stack
