The company is a mess internally. The frequent acquisitions and mergers have caused tons of competing factions and standards to form and there's no technical leadership to step in.
Frank is incredibly out of touch with his work force when it comes to work flexibility. All employees are now being mandated to be full time in office Mon-Thurs and possibly Friday depending on your team all while the companies website promotes work place flexibility.
It's even to the point where my team is unable to find candidates near our location so instead of allowing remote work from home they are requiring us to hire someone near one of the other fiserv offices so that the person is still able to go into an office. That seems a lot like remote work to me.
Providing value to our customers and clients seems to have gone right out the window and it's a really disappointing direction when there's so much potential.
