There is a company-wide suggestions box program where suggestions are sent to the the central office regularly. There are Back to school, Christmas and Halloween donation box programs for the less fortunate. There is an annual "anonymous" online questionnaire on employee satisfaction.
Cons
Expensive healthcare package to be paid by the employee. Visits from upper management mostly contained smiles that were only teeth baring. HR department is under staffed and over worked and sometimes uninformed. Depending on the division, there is no upward career mobility. There are personal fiefdoms where the members discourage training new members and who refuse to share information unless ordered to by upper management in order to make themselves indispensable. There is no friendly sharing company community despite the semblance of it on their internal website.
