Pros
The Senior Leaders have a clear vision on where we need to go. The company has made a tremendous investment in associates over the past several years in personal development programs. The stock purchase plan is unbelievable
Cons
The vision from senior management still needs to make it through the organization, there is still silo's that need to come along with the change.
