Pros
I have speak in pastense, as the merger of Fiserv and another company ruined many good things.. employee friendly policies, environment and the setup. Ratings are all given in current day status..
Cons
Company got acquired/merged in 2018/9..they have a tool to monitor people from there respective laptop/desktop and minimum need to show a productive effort for 8hours.... I mean they don't consider meeting, emails and many more and only consider Actual development done in IDE to be productive,š this tracking is only till manager or below.... Looks like this CEO came from age of British..
