Moves faster than it used to be, great diversity and inclusion program
Cons
They don't care about people anymore, they openly talk about layoffs months or years before it happens, I think senior leaders want people to leave so they don't have to pay their exits. They are not smart about spending, keep hiring contractors at twice the price tag of a regular employee
