Pros
Good benefits, treated employees very well. When working overtime the company would supply the employees with meals. Where paid beyond required overtime.
Cons
Change of management meant that a lot of changes came into effect. A lot of the reasons to work the amount of overtime they wanted you to work were taken away. The environment turned into a automation of work. It turned into a job to just punch in and out of.
