Pros
No, as of now, company is going through a rough patch, created mostly due firsta data merger. No proper vision of company. Firing recently hired employees without observing there performance just to reduce cost.
Cons
Fiserv aquired first data, but its other way round. Don't join fiserv on the basis of old reviews as fiserv lost its culture. Its being destroyed by first data management. Leaders at fiserv are just puppet in first data management.
