Pros
great campus, relaxed atmosphere, there are a lot of open positions for you to transfer to and stay with in the company. Management is supportive of you doing well.
Cons
Such a large company it is easy to get stuck in the same position with no outlook for advancement. Management is extremely busy, very little one on one attention. You have to really push to have any kind of mentor or growth training.
