Layoffs, little or no raises, little or no bonuses/401k matching, expensive health care - all despite high profits and soaring stock prices. Operation staff are especially treated poorly. Expects loyalty from employees, but will layoff or outsource at the drop of a hat to cut expenses. Of course, some completely useless highly paid personnel are untouchable because they have the right connections.
