Worked for Better Places, Also Worked for Worse - Card Service Fiserv Employee Review

Too many divisions/areas allow for dropped issues and lack of responsibility; Expensive benifits package; Minute raises if any; Supposed to move to "One Fiserv" but the blame game/out dated technology keeps us as seperate companies; Were once client driven, now we are call center driven; lack of growth in the Card Services area(must leave the dept in order to extend your career)
