Selling Out American Jobs - Programmer/Analyst Fiserv Employee Review

Fiserv is an incredibly disjointed organization with no real leadership. The outsourcing will not produce victories for them in the long run, sooner or later there will be fraud produced from their outsourcing to India. Fiserv is just another money hungry corporate machine that doesn't give a damn about their employees. They have not cut back one management position but have out sourced hundreds of the worker bee's. My last day is March 31th and am not even interested in finding a position in the company even with this bad job market.
