Toxic environment - Sales Executive Fiserv Employee Review

Toxic environment. Micromanagers galore. Harassed for having a bad month (when a family member died). Manager created false narratives, asked questions about age, and recommended that I find work elsewhere. Failed to escalate support issue in a timely manner, or respond to requests for updates. Declined special pricing requests that should have gone to senior leadership.
