Bus Driver - School Bus Driver First Student Employee Review

Inadequate, non-experienced management placed from First Student just to have a body in the position. No recourse or even response from First Student corporate HR when student's conduct becomes criminal against drivers or any other issue for that matter. Bully atmosphere allowed. Mandated safety standards not always followed i.e, overcrowding. Mechanics bus maintenance and experience questionable.
