Pros
A very welcoming company that’s been very flexible and understanding with a employee that also has a family. The work-life balance has been good and that is very important to me.
Cons
No true con right now . But I’m the type of person that would love to be fully remote with one day in office per quarter or for a special event. So I’d say the hybrid schedule is the only con, but I’m also very happy that’s an option.
