There wasn't a base salary and was commission only so you would overwork yourself and people always cancelled their insurance after and you would get a chargeback.

This is not a salary position, it is an independent contractor position. Chargebacks happen around 25% of the time in the insurance industry but not after every sale. That signifies something is wrong with the agent's presentation.

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of
* Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job)
* Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance
* Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
