Pros

As a whole this company has a lot of flaws that need to be addressed very seriously.

Cons

1. Stay away from their Internet Leads and any vendor they claim to be “trusted”, “vetted” or anyone they recommend. You will see a minimum of 30%-50% of your policies chargeback. That’s how bad their internet leads are. This leads are plain garbage recycle leads, that are surveys people filled out online for a free gift card lol. All the Integrity partners have access to this same leads and guess what they can buy the same lead. There’s no such thing as exclusive. When a prospect tells you, you are the 10th person to call , believe them they are telling you the truth. 2. You will be told to recruit and to hire anybody. What they don’t tell you is you are 100% responsible for your downline advance commissions. If you recruit someone who accumulates chargebacks and they bail, guess what, that debt rolls up to you and you have to pay it. My ex “leader” try to convinced me to recruit a lot of people. While under his leadership, I saw him have over $150,000 of chargebacks roll up to him from his downline. This is what happens when the attitude is “hire anyone”. After I left , through a trusted and verify source, found out he had another $70,000 plus in roll up debt from one single agent he recruited. Is this the type of agency you want to be part of? By the way, he was on the top 10 of all producers in the company. One thing I learned from personal experience, a top producer cannot make you a top producer. They usually are concern about writing business on their own pen. They don’t care about helping you succeed. You will hear “buy leads and dial” lol. 3. 99% of all their new agents fall off, and the 1% who makes it pass 30 days, usually is just breaking even or losing money. You won’t hear about this stories because either the new agent is to embarrass to share their experience or their leadership tells them this is “normal and will get better”. I saw first hand new agents dialing internet leads and getting hammered on the phone, 4. Lead cost spend - they no longer promote this externally only through their internal systems where you need a login. In their world , if you want to be a top producer, you need to spend $3000 to $4000 a week. This was a year ago. This might be higher now due to inflation lol. 5. Lack of Transparency- in late 2021 the CEO of FFL received a Cease and Desist letter due to all their “false claims” and “advertising”. At this point the CEO ordered every agency owner to delete all their Instagram, YOuTube , social media content where they are making “false claims”. Don’t take my word on this , go to Instagram and look up any agency owners social media account, count how many postings they have for year 2021 vs 2022, in most cases they have zero posting or only a small handful. Again, this is because they deleted all evidence that they used to “lure” inexperienced agents. Because of this, agency owners are having a difficult time growing their agencies because they can’t no longer lie lol (which is a good thing). 6. The name of the company has the word “Family” in it. The CEO talks about this being “important”. He wants agents to shared on social media how they can succeed as an agent and still spend time with their families. I find it strange, this CEO never talks about his family. Wants agents to bring their families to events but he won’t bring his own family, kids , wife, etc. I find that very weird. Seems like he’s trying to hide something. 7. Contracts - The CEO says there’s no contracts but when you find a better IMO, you find out very quick you have a “6 month contract”. You cannot write business with the carrier for 6 months. After this, you can move your contract over to your new IMO. 8. Don’t get confuse when they claim to be the largest IMO. Might be true by Annualized Premium. What good is it when they make $40 million in AP, but their agents spend $30 million collectively in leads for that month??? The only people that win here is the CEO and the agency owners who are very up the food chain. FAMILY FIRST LIFE WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING CLAIM: THEIR AGENTS ARE THE MOST PROFITABLE IN THE INDUSTRY.
