Pros

So glad someone from the life insurance industry showed me FFL. I had been with another company for just over a year and thought I had it made, until I looked at what FFL had to offer. The main thing that made me make the switch was, FFL does not make their agents sign a contract. That means if I made the switch and ended up hating it, I could go back to my previous company. That was not the case..I love it here and I plan on staying. 6 months and growing every day!

Cons

Cons? Umm..none. My compensation is higher here. My leads are way better. The people in the company are professionals, and I'm making more money. I'm sorry, but I have not seen a Con yet. I will update my review if I find one.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Cons

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some

* Paid well for your performance * Extra Bonuses for Production * Unlimited Income Potential * Incentive Trips * Work with Multiple Carriers (Not Captive)

Cons

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
