Pros
Family First Life is the best company in the industry there is no other company like it anywhere else in the industry. Firstly they start their agents at 100% comp where other companies don't do that. Your also able to get renewals starting day one which they don't keep from you their yours to have. The culture and support is there to train you and guide you into receiving a 6 fix income in your first year (I'm already over 200k so far for the year) as well as give you the guidance it takes to building your own agency. This company is bare non. Thanks for changing my life and other agents lives as well.

It's hard work if that even is a con. If you're not a hard worker it may not be a right fit for you.
