      It is a true pleasure to work for Faena Miami Beach.If you get this opportunity take it ! They really take care of their employees which intern treats a great working environment for both staff and guest.

      Cons

      The only Con about working at Faena is that you can't stay at the hotel or use the beach amenities.

      Management is toxic Revolving door Money is not good in the summertime They sell you a dream, but it's not true. Only for their more famous restaurants besides that is not good.
