The pay is not only competitive to the area but probably the best. Forbes 5 star hotel so it is amazing on your resume.
Cons
High turnover rate of employees so sometimes your colleagues will be new and inexperienced. Very demanding guests will ask for anything and everything under the sun and expect it before they even ask for it.
