      Consistent pay with guaranteed raises.

      In engineering services most of the upper managers are engineers, if they are they have little to no experience in doing actual engineer work so you have no guidance. Managers are always out to get someone. Upper managers in Engineering services we're all white male and have been referred to as K-band row.
