Pros
The ability to apply for other positions are much greater than in a smaller agency. Most employees and managers are willing to help you if you need advise. Location was great for me.
Cons
Sometimes when employees leave the agency won't replace the person who left so that leave the other employees trying to take on the person who left their duties. After so many people leave you don't have enough staff to complete the entire job position for that section.
