      Pros

      Anonymity when working on projects. Rarely ever felt like someone was looking over my shoulder, putting pressure on me.

      Cons

      Work environment is a bit slow and schedule changes frequently. You can have a project scheduled in one place and then next week it has changed because of budgeting. That's the federal government for you.
