      Networking opportunities allow you to learn procedures and requirements in different phases of FAA operations. Thus allowing you to market yourself eventually to different divisions within the FAA.

      Cons

      There can be road blocks in the form of management types that are not as qualified s they should be, who may impede your progress climbing the latter.
