      Excellent work life balance. Great comradery among coworkers. We all look out for each other. Low stress work load. Great benefits. Job satisfaction, since you significantly contribute to safety of the flying public.

      Cons

      Work can be a bit mundane, lots of paper work. Everything is "a process". Some staff are deadbeats. Managers take forever to make a decision.
