Pros
Some of the people you get to work with are actually really great and you get to struggle through the woes of working for ExxonMobil together.
Cons
Basically everything, and not a single thing is done to make things better. I have not met a single person (excluding managers) who enjoy it at XOM or want to stay. Pretty much every person everywhere in the company is looking for another job.
