-Salary stuck in 2019 -Dwindling benefits -Unsustainable levels of PIP/headcount cut. -No change in actions or behaviors of leadership even after feedback. -Middle managers expected to "own the message" from senior leaders on headcount/actions they themselves do not endorse or control.
