Pros

Great people What used to be good before COVID19: - Great culture - Decent 401k matching - Decent educational benefits - Nice travel/food perks

Cons

- Recently we have been hearing more news from news outlets than from our own leadership - Waves of colleagues are being let go under "performance issues" when we all know it's a layoff - Leadership decided to cut employees and benefits rather than stock dividend, which is unusual for any public company. It also sends a different message from the motto "employees are our most important assets"

Pros

Good benefits, you learn a lot from highly experienced people.

Cons

Very bureaucratic and process driven which makes it difficult to adjust in a fast paced environment.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
