Pros

Good pay, excellent benefits (except PTO) including for dependents Excellent maternity / paternity policies Flexible work & remote occasionally, especially after Covid Many career paths, lots of opportunities worldwide, plenty of movement between roles (every 1-2 years typical for an early career employee) I've been told experienced hire pay is competitive.

Cons

Early career employees only get 2 weeks of vacation, which isn't competitive with industry. Forced ranking system probably gets 80% of assessments correct. If you're in the 20%, prepare to be paid less and have your career opportunities limited. Senior management tends to identify talent early, influenced by undergraduate school choice (typical for Texas-based schools to do well). If you're not in this pool, even if you do well, your potential will be capped. Experienced hires tend to be capped in their potential as well.

Pros

Great people and culture - Everyone is nice and wants to do good work.

Cons

Lots of security and locked down tech and hard to find what's available.

Pros

Good pay and a pension

Cons

Everything else. Benefits are lackluster, Flex Your Day policies are elusive. The company changes everything all the time so that a large portion of your time is spent finding new links to things on the portal, figuring out who to contact in various departments and in what country just to get a simple answer to a question. No one stays in the same role long enough to get good at their job. Morale is terrible.
